  We went to Lake Elsinore Ford after we had spent the prior day at another dealership closer to home but found the sales people to be unreliable and unwilling to work with us. The entire group of people from the receptionist to the parts ladies, to the sales people and finance folks were friendly, accommodating , and a pure pleasure to work with. They worked with us to reach a deal that not just beneficial for them, but went above and beyond to make sure we stayed within our budget. Rather than the nerve racking experience we have had in the past when car shopping, this was a refreshing, pleasant, and non-stressful experience. Even though we live in another town, we will be going back to Lake Elsinore Ford for any car needs we may have in the future. Ron, Eric and all the rest will do right by you, and give their all to help you find just the right deal. GREAT FOLKS!
