  I received my waist trainer in a couple days, very fast delivery, but I received the wrong size. I ordered a Medium but I received a small. This was obviously a mistake made by Swancoast, maybe they pre-package the items. I am not so upset about the mistake that was made because we all make mistakes but I am upset because I had to return it and pay out of pocket ($11.00) for shipping for a mistake that was not made by me. I sent it back and I received the correct size a couple days later(this was great). After emailing them with the complaint about paying out of pocket, they did not reimburse me for the money, they did not even respond to my complaint. I love the quality of the product and the fast delivery but I am not happy with how they deal with issues or mistakes made by the company.

  Whoah talk about fast! Ordered one day and literally received my stuff the next day. I ordered a lot of dresses from here since they seem to enhance my curves with their bandage style dresses compared to other materials. The material is very heavy so it really looks beautiful on the body. I also order the main and thermal trainer from here in the 3 hooks and I absolutely love the material very good quality and I notice it doesn't get loose even after wearing them a lot. I used to order from another store and there is no comparison as far as the quality is concerned. I have went down 3 sizes. I started with the medium set. I couldn't even get it on when I first tried it on and now the extra small is not feeling as tight as it was so it's time to move down to the 2xs soon. This has done wonders for my body. I had more of a boxy shape before and now I have more of a feminine shape but I have used them as I was told to. No slacking off. Overall very pleased.
